Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 200g Smooth eanut butter
- 100g Butter
- 75g Erythritol powder
Process
- Add peanut butter and butter to a saucepan and melt together over low heat
- Once smooth, add sweetener, mix and pour into parchment lined cake tin
- Allow to cool on counter, then refrigerate for 2 hours in fridge before cutting into 3x6 squares
