Ingredients
- 100g almond flour
- 60g powdered erythritol
- 1 medium egg
- 50g 85%+ dark chocolate
Process
- Mix almond flour and erythritol in a bowl, add egg and mix again
- Split mixtures into 8 and roll into balls, freeze for 30 minutes
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler and roll frozen balls until covered
- Cool and serve
