Chocolate Fudge Brownies

- Cooking Time: 25 minutes at 180°C
- 175g Melted butter
- 100g Erythritol powder
- 175g Sugar-free chocolate chips
- 75g Almond flour
- 40g Cacao powder
- 3 Medium eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Mix in melted butter, sweetener, eggs, salt and cacao powder and mix well.
- Once mixed, add almond flour and continue to mix.
- Pour mixture into a baking tin, baking for 25 minutes at 180°C
