Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2x Ripe bananas (Roughly 300g whole / 220g peeled)
- 200g Brown sugar
- 100g Softened butter
- 2 Medium eggs
- 240g plain flour
- 10g baking powder
Process
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C
- In a large mixing bowl, crush your bananas into a thick paste
- Add your butter, sugar, eggs and mix thoroughly
- Once mixed, add in your flour and baking powder and again mix thoroughly
- Transfer to a parchment lined loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes then test doneness using a skewer
