Office move

I was working for my old company along with most of their staff, we were in the process of moving offices and needed to be out of the old premises before the new one was ready. Due to the time constraints we were going with mobile broadband, and passthrough on all phones.

I arrived at the new site and was unable to get upstairs as the staircase was entirely missing, just a large hole in the building which meant I had to awkwardly scramble to climb between the floors.

There was supposed to be an older fat guy working with us who was apparently amazing at his job, however he hadn’t turned up as one of the bosses had spread a lie about the worker admitting he accidentally killed a child while drunk.
