Ingredients
- 300ml Double cream
- 30g Cacao powder
- 30g Erythritol powder
Process
- Add cream to large mixing bowl and sieve in cacao and erythritol and beat until soft peaks form.
- Portion into serving bowls and cool in the fridge for an hour.
