Ingredients
- 250g cauliflower
- 60g butter
- 30g grated parmesan
Process
- Bring pan of water to a boil and cut cauliflower into florets
- Add cauliflower to water and boil until just beginning to get soft, then strain
- Add remaining ingredients to cauliflower and mash until smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
